TO COMPRESS:

1. Right click on the file/folder you want to compress.

2. On the shortcut menu, go to the Send to option.

3. Click on Compressed (zipped) folder.

TO DECOMPRESS:

1. Right click on the file you want to decompress.

2. On the shortcut menu, click on Extract All

3. On the following window, click on browse if you want to extract your files in a different folder, and then, click on the Extract button. Otherwise, just click on Extract button to extract your files in the same folder where your zipped file is.

4. If everything went OK, a new window with your already extracted file should appear.

Note: the procedure is the same whether your system is windows 7, Vista, or XP.
