This common problem is solved by uninstalling the antivirus already installed in our PCs. Nevertheless, this is not an easy task.
Some anti virus software leave temporary files, registry keys in your machine that kaspersky detects; As a result, an error message is shown to you telling that you must uninstall the antivirus completely in order to let kaspersky work in your PC. Kaspersky knowing this issue has posted tools of the different third party software companies in order to have a complete and clean uninstallation.
Therefore, in order to install kaspersky without errors, follow these steps:
1. Identify the antivirus already installed in your PC.
2. Download the removal tool for the software that you find following the step 1. (Here a list)

This question was made by a client who wanted to know a different way to lock your desktop without the necessity of log off from the system. The answer is relatively easy.
Above all, you have to create a password for your account (obviously in Windows).
Secondly,follow this options to lock your screen
Option 1: press the window key + L.
Option 2: go to start,then click on the arrow next to the shutdown button and click on lock (see the picture below)

On windows vista and seven
1. Go to start and type cmd in the text box.
2. Go to Start > programs > accessories > command prompt

I can't enable my USB wireless adapter on Windows 7 (Solution) |

For several weeks, I tried to install many USB wireless adapters without success. The problem is when you want to enable the device, it won't do it. In fact, in the device manager shows the adapter installed and enabled, but if you go to your adapter settings it shows the adapter in a gray color which means is not enable/activated.
It doesn't matter what you do, the adapter will continue deactivated.
The solution that I found is very simple. For some reason the problem is with the anti-virus. if you have an anti-virus installed in your PC, it won't let windows 7 activate the adapter. Even though you pause or close the anti-virus, it will continue blocking the adapter.
